Registration status
Quenora is at an early stage. It is not currently entered in the commercial register (Handelsregister), so there is no register court, no HRB number and no managing director to name — those entries exist only for registered companies.
Incorporation as a GmbH is planned. When it completes, this notice will be updated with the legal entity name, the register court and HRB number, the VAT identification number and the managing director, and contracts from that point on will be with the company rather than with an individual.
Until then, your counterparty in any engagement is Balaji Durai personally. We would rather say that here than leave the line empty and let you find out during contracting.
VAT
No VAT identification number under § 27a of the German Value Added Tax Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz) has been issued to Quenora at this time. It will be published here once it has been.
Consumer dispute resolution
Quenora works with businesses rather than consumers. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in that respect begins only from the point at which a concrete infringement becomes known to us. Where we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content promptly.
Liability for links
This site links to external sites over whose content we have no control. We accept no liability for that content; responsibility rests with the respective provider or operator. Linked pages were checked for identifiable legal infringements at the time of linking, and no unlawful content was apparent. Permanent monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. Where we become aware of one, we will remove the link promptly.
